Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Chemical Process Specialist to support the development of new businesses and growth of existing ones. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote the application of new technologies across regions and maximize sales and profitability by administering viable solutions that foster long-term business relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in science or technical specialty and at least 10 years of management experience in a business-to-business sales environment. They should have thorough knowledge of chemical applications in the paper and tissue industries, as well as microbiology, biocides, contamination control, and retention aid.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, working with sales teams on strategic projects, and developing and implementing key account management concepts. They will also analyze data, provide solutions, and achieve thorough knowledge of all Company products, corporate goals, and policies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in science or technical specialty
- At least 10 years of management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Thorough knowledge of chemical applications in the paper and tissue industries
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
