We are looking for another part-time (4-5 hours/day, Monday
- Friday) Instagram DM engagement specialist/Appointment Setter to join our team.

You’ll be clients' DM, building relationships, qualifying prospects, and pitching clients' services (normally we pitch for discovery calls, free webinars, free resources, etc.) for ONLY qualified, interested leads.

You will be given a DM flow & training on how to do DM sales.

We do not strictly follow the DM flow, as we spend a good amount of time building relationships. Sticking to a script and mass cold DM is NOT how we operate.

We are looking for a natural salesperson who is comfortable starting conversations in the DMs, is good at building relationships, and can navigate conversations in a specific direction.
- Be able to work 10 am-5 pm UK/GMT time
- Have at least 4-5 hours free to work Monday-Friday
- Have some sort of sales or customer service background
- Good at taking feedback and self-motivated
- Speak English as a first language or very fluently

**And it’s a bonus if you have**
- Community management experience
- DM sales experience
- Worked with online high-ticket coaches before

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: S/.16.00 - S/.27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
