**Long-Term Disability Paralegal**

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.based law firm that is seeking a **Legal Assistant or Paralegal** to support their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed attorney in their home country who has experience working with U.S.based law firms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Draft and review legal briefs, memoranda, and related documents.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining files and tracking deadlines.
- Support attorneys in day-to-day case preparation and client communication.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed attorney in your home country (required).
- Prior experience working with a U.S.based law firm (preferred).
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
- Proficiency with legal software and online research tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
