**ℹ️About the role**:
We’re looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** to join our **Indexing** team in a **full-time**capacity. This is an** individual contributor** role.

This role is **remote**, with occasional travel required for company offsites or industry events.

As a** Sr. Software Engineer**, you will primarily focus on the development of our blockchain indexing platform. While this component is separate from our core platform, it plays a crucial role in our overall system. You will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, cryptographers, and researchers responsible for developing the blockchain indexing platform, exerting significant influence over the direction of our technology.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and enhance the blockchain-indexing platform, focusing on the Rust programming language
- Participate in backend development activities, propose architectural decisions, and contribute to design and code reviews
- Document all code and functionalities implemented
- Work closely with the DevOps team to improve the reliability and operational stability.

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum 2 to 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years experience asynchronous programming in Rust.
- 2+ years software engineering experience, preferably in areas like distributed systems.
- Experience in backend development, proposing architectural decisions, and participating in design and code reviews.
- Knowledge of scalability, security, and performance considerations.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting requirements.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
- Open-mindedness, eagerness to embrace new ideas and technologies, and willingness to explore different approaches.
- Strong written documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and communicate across teams, in a remote and async environment
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently

**Nice to Haves**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Masters or PhD is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure and CGP cloud services is useful
- Passion for technology and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.

**Compensation & Benefits**️**:

- ** Base Salary**: $125,000 USD to $175,000 USD
- ** Additional Compensation**: Eligible roles may include performance bonuses, equity awards, and other incentives
