**Role Responsibilities**
- Receipt and approval of invoices (rent, expenses, supplier payments, utility bills)
- Preparation of provisions and accounting records (ADI's)
- Preparation of P&Y.
- Creation and tracking of purchase orders.
- Other support and/or required activities.
**Role Requirements**
- High school diploma or student in administration/economics/systems engineering.
- 1 year of experience in budgeting and logistics.
- Intermediate level in Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of Power Bi will be nice to have.
- Intermediate English is preferred for this role.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
