**This position reports to**:
Project Manager Officer

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Lima, Perú. You will be mainly accountable for: - Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. - Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. - Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. - Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are interested in developing yourself in the industrial and mining sector; in automation processes that predominate today and in various areas, and with a high diversity of customers.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Power BI, Microsoft Office (advanced level excel).
- You are passionate about Hungry of learning, Personal leadership, Teamwork, collaboration, Resilience, Adapt to changes, Decision making, Conflict resolution, and Analytics oriented-mindset.
- Student from 8th cycle in Engineering (Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, Robotics, Computer Science, or related).
- You are at ease communicating in English at intermediate level.
