Role Objective
As a Business Support Student, you will coordinate partner funding for business growth initiatives, managing the full cycle from planning and approval to disbursement. You'll ensure deadlines and volume requirements are met, handle peak workloads at the start of each quarter, and support additional tasks like metrics analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the mailbox for the BDF process.
  • Announcement of funds per period.
  • Review of submitted business development plans to ensure compliance with the process.
  • Request and follow-up on approvals.
  • Follow-up on the execution of action plans.
  • Verification of execution tests.
  • Request payments for actions executed and follow up on their execution.
  • Process reports and metrics.
  • Process-related support.

Requirements

  • Student from the 8th cycle of degree programs in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate written English.
  • Intermediate Excel is a must and Power Bi knowledge will be a plus.
  • You need to be very organized; process-oriented (you know how to organize, plan, and arrange), able to manage your time, tolerant of frustration, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Daily availability of 6 hours in a hybrid model 3 times per week.
