Join our regional Retail Operations Team as a senior business insight analyst. In this role, you will consolidate complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations (dashboards). Additionally, you will take charge of diagnosing problems and transforming them into actionable initiatives, while ensuring data readiness, intelligence, and relevance in our weekly business review. Your contributions will significantly impact our ecosystem and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with Operations Teams in Andina and Chile to enhance overall customer service in the Retail area.- Conduct analysis that yields actionable results, enabling confident key decisions impacting short and long-term operation for Andino Retail.- Directly participate in project execution, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to define objectives and implement gathered findings.- Develop ways to measure detailed results for improved decision-making in the OPX Retail areas of the Pacific Region. Work and learn with automation tools to create a fast-paced environment.- Process, clean, and verify data integrity for analysis.- Collaborate with various areas of Rappi to understand and solve problems effectively, without impacting other areas. Identify additional data sets and tools as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a data analyst or in business intelligence.- Intermediate or advanced SQL skills with experience working on large data sets.- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Data Studio.- Intermediate/Advanced English- Proficiency in Python/R or any automation tool is a plus.
