As we continue our rapid expansion, we are in search of an **experienced IT recruiter** to join our dynamic team, contribute to our accelerated growth, and play a pivotal role in implementing both internal and external processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze partner company needs to deeply understand their expectations and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- ** Design, roll out, and optimize both internal and external recruitment processes.**:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from selection to offer negotiation.

**Desired Profile**:

- ** Proven experience in IT recruitment, in an international context.**:

- A successful track record in recruitment process implementation.
- ** Ability to work remotely **and manage time autonomously.
- ** Fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.**:

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Always updated on the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector.
