At the request of one of our most important clients, a company dedicated to technological solutions, we are looking for the best talent for the position of Technical Account Manager, specialist in cybersecurity
**Responsibilities**:
1. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and ensuring a positive experience in the implementation and ongoing support of cybersecurity solutions.
2. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance on company's cybersecurity solutions and other relevant providers, ensuring proper and efficient implementation according to client requirements.
3. Project Management: Lead and coordinate the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
4. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical issues, providing support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of cybersecurity solutions.
5. Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their longterm needs, and offering customized solutions that add value to their cybersecurity operations.
6. Training and Education: Deliver technical training to clients on the use and management of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they are equipped to fully utilize the capabilities of the provided tools.
7. Risk Assessment: Collaborate with clients to assess security risks, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective measures to strengthen their cyber defenses.
**Requirements**:
1. Technical Experience: Previous experience in technical roles in the cybersecurity field, with a specific focus on solutions such as those offered by company and other relevant providers.
2. Deep Knowledge: Profound understanding of information security principles and practices, as
well as a solid grasp of networking technologies and computer systems.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and wriZen communication skills, with the ability to
explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
4. Customer Orientation: Customer-centric approach with demonstrated skills in building strong
relationships and managing customer expectations effectively.
5. Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
6. Relevant Certifications: Preferably certifications in cybersecurity and/or project management, such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, among others.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree would be an additional advantage.
