**Remote Bilingual Lead Manager (Real Estate - Spanish Speaking)**

**Location**: Remote (Central/South America preferred)
**Hours**: Full-Time | EST hours
**Compensation**: $1,000 - $1,600/month + performance bonuses
**Payment**: Bi-weekly via Wise or bank transfer

About Us

CAM Group is a real estate investment company based in New York, focused on helping homeowners and improving communities through property acquisitions and renovation projects. We are growing fast and looking for a rockstar **Lead Manager** who is fluent in Spanish and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and follow up with inbound, cold, and warm leads daily
- Qualify prospects, build rapport, and set appointments for our sales team
- Use our existing scripts while adapting as needed for different situations
- Track KPIs including calls made, talk time, appointments set/attended, and contracts signed
- Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team and update CRM accordingly

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)**:

- 1+ year of experience in real estate lead management or cold calling preferred
- High energy, self-motivated, and proactive — no babysitting needed
- Comfortable working in EST hours, Monday-Friday
- Tech-savvy: Must be familiar with CRM tools (RESimpli, CallTools, WooSender)
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment
