**Propósito del Rol**:
**Liderar la estrategia integral de**Voz del Cliente**, asegurando que cada punto del Customer Journey sea medido, analizado y transformado en**acciones que mejoren la experiência del cliente**y la reputación corporativa. Este rol combina**análisis de datos, pensamiento crítico, innovación, comunicación ejecutiva y trabajo multidisciplinario**para convertir información en decisiones estratégicas.**:
**Análisis y Visibilidad de la Voz del Cliente**:

- **Diseñar y ejecutar el Framework de Voz del Cliente en journeys críticos (Facturación, Soporte, Posventa, etc.).**:

- **Analizar encuestas (Ej. NPS Transaccional) y detectar tendencias, causas raíz y mejoras.**:

- **Correlacionar comportamiento del cliente con KPIs del negocio.**:

- **Evaluar el impacto de incidentes críticos en la percepción del cliente.**:
**Gestión de KPIs de Experiência y Operación**:

- **Monitorear indicadores clave (tiempos de respuesta, resolución en primer contacto, escalamiento, etc.).**:

- **Detectar brechas de desempeño y generar alertas preventivas.**:

- **Alinear métricas de experiência con KPIs internos para fomentar la responsabilidad compartida.**:
**Transformación de Datos en Insights Accionables**:

- **Aplicar análisis estructurado para validar hipótesis y detectar patrones.**:

- **Priorizar hallazgos de alto impacto y presentarlos de forma clara y ejecutiva.**:
**️**Comunicación y Ejecución de Planes de Acción**:

- **Elaborar presentaciones estratégicas para foros ejecutivos (CEO y C-Level).**:

- **Liderar comités de seguimiento con equipos multidisciplinarios.**:

- **Comunicar insights de manera persuasiva y orientada a la acción.**:
**Innovación y Mejora Continua**:

- **Diseñar estrategias de Customer Delight para conectar emocionalmente con los clientes.**:

- **Proponer mejoras en procesos, productos y comunicación interna.**:

- **Utilizar análisis predictivo para anticipar riesgos y tendencias.**:
**Reportería y Ejecución CX Regional**:

- **Preparar informes regionales con análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo mensual.**:

- **Ejecutar localmente proyectos clave de CX para asegurar continuidad.**:

- **Presentar resultados y participar en foros regionales de toma de decisiones.**:
