- Contestar las llamadas internas y externas de la central telefónica
- Realizar los requerimientos de los huéspedes
- Coordinar traslados y tours de los huéspedes
- Apoyo en el área de recepción y de room service.
- Organización, control y archivo de documentos y comandas

**Qualifications**
- Profesional de la carrera de Turismo, Hotelería o afines.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en el área
- Ingles avanzado
