Michie House is a renowned hospitality establishment committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Customer Service Agents.
As a Hotel Customer Service Agent at Michie House, you will be an integral part of our guest services team. Your primary role will be to assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our hotel services, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
- Use of hotel management software and systems to manage reservations, guest profiles, and requests.
