**Salary: $4,000 USD per month; extra 13th month paid in December**

**Duties/Essential Job Functions**:

- Install new systems and upgrades at customer sites throughout Latin and South America
- Perform all mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting and integration
- Read schematics, electrical drawings, system diagrams, and utilize electronic media
- Conduct product specific system familiarization training onsite for end users
- Provide aid, support, and training to our customers in professional manner
- Perform equipment inspections and onsite system audits
- Provide detailed timely follow-up to Pressco management team, OEM’s and customers
- Submit trip reports, timecard entry, and expense reports on time
- Majority of time spent on customer field assignments; **travel up to 100% is required**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Multilingual; applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese. (This position will service Latin and South America, and back up Brazil)
- Technical degree, military experience, or certified trade training
- 5+ five years’ experience troubleshooting and repair of computers, electro-mechanical, and/or pneumatic systems
- Current or recent Field Service experience strongly preferred
- Must be technically savvy; innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology
- Computer Skills; high degree of competency with Windows platforms, OS navigation, MS Office products, hardware/software, and network troubleshooting
- Must have excellent demonstrated writing skills, and be able to document detailed reports
- Must have a positive professional attitude and be customer focused
- Must be detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional at managing time and able to complete assigned projects independently
- Must be experienced at planning and performing preventative maintenance
- Thorough follow-up is a key responsibility and expectation for this job
- Must be flexible and open to a fluid schedule and working environment

**Additional Desired Skills and Experience**:

- High Speed Vision experience or other (Vision, X-Ray, Infra-Red, Magnetic, etc.) types of processor based inspection system experience is a plus
- Technical writing experience is a plus
- PLC programming is a plus
- Technical Training experience is a plus
- Technical Support experience is a plus
- Metal Fabrication and Welding is a plus
