Purpose:

- Lead and provide an effective service in the order book process management.
- Assure all stock and inventories are accurate against physical inventory.
- Assure all stock movements are run according the market requirements to fulfill the customers’ expectations.
- Key Responsibilities Managerial:

- Promotes and assures consistent inter-departmental communication
- Handle all related line management responsibility
- Support definition and drive people strategy
- Key Responsibilities Functional:

- Provide information to achieve alignment between the channels on regular basis to optimize stock utilization to reduce risk of excess stock.
- Stock Movements: Based on the request from the market move stock from category to category.
- Proactive stock management & optimization: Accordingly with channels decisions move Freestock to categories where the stock is missing.
- Stock Snapshot: Create and maintain spreadsheets to report and analyze stock reconciliation process between SAP and WMS.
- Order book reporting.
- Interface & Error Monitoring (SAP and WMS)
- Quality issues: Ensure the same stock status for quality issues in SAP and WMS.
- Inventory and DC reports.
- KPIs:

- Profitability / Cost competitiveness
- Industry Leading Availability (OTA / OTIF)
- Stock Turn
- Key Relationships:

- Customer service team
- Warehouse team
- Marketing team

- Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Advaced english
- Advanced excel, Power BI
