**The position**
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will:Drive key account management through comprehensive planning, ensuring consistent product supply, accurate demand forecasting, and optimal inventory turnover.-
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and innovative sales models across existing and potential channels.-
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements, managing pricing, discounts, terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies.-
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand shifts to inform strategic decisions.-
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated and efficient account management.**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.-
- 8 years of experience in sales, negotiation, distributor management, and inventory control.-
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, OTC companies, pharmacy chains, or distribution networks.-
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage external stakeholders; proactive, process-driven, and analytical mindset (especially in Excel).-
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to plan strategically and influence effectively. Advanced proficiency in English is a plus.**About the department**
