**Responsibilities**:

- Manage systems, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate communications and follow-ups.
- Support diagnostic specialists with non-technical tasks.
- DiagnosticsUSA and Endoinfousa inbox review.
- Client communication for suspected report delay.
- Review of portal/integration/affiliate translocation panels.
- Review of all Canadian test type case panels.
- Review of all USA test type panels.
- Review of special clients test type cases and ensuring case satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Educational background** - 2 year degree, ideally someone of an administrative background/customer service experience

**Years of experience** - 1 year minimum

**Language proficiency** - proficient in English and Spanish

**Soft skills and any other relevant details** - Microsoft suite competent and high computer literacy
