We have people working all over Latin America, and w**e are looking for the best talent** to join our team to help us **make people development universal** **About the role**: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use your analytical skills to solve problems, you will present data to stakeholders and you will be a referent in everything BI-related within Crehana. You will contribute directly to our data-driven culture, aiding in decision-making, experimentation, and measurement of our business performance. If you are looking for a professional challenge that will test your knowledge and abilities every day, this role is for you **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate in the **Roadmap creation** for our Data Science Guild. - **Guarantee the availability of information **in a relevant and organized manner. - Help **create and maintain our assets**: - Datasets - KPI's definition - KPI's catalog - Data pipelines - Data models - Event's catalog - Data architecture. - Best practices. - Be the principal stakeholder of the implementation and operation of the **technological stack** of the Data Science Guild: - BI cluster (eg. Redshift) - BI tool **Power BI as a must**: - Event tracker (eg. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA360) - Google Analytics - Pipelines & ETLS (eg. AWS Glue, AWS Glue Databrew) - Integration tools (eg. Stitch Data) - Be the owner of **tool administration**: - Performance measurement. - User administration and security. - Budget administration. - End-user training. **Requirements**: - A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar position. - Proficiency in English and Spanish. - **Advanced knowledge in BI Tools** (PowerBI is a must, Looker, Tableau, QlikView, etc). - Advanced knowledge in SQL. - Good communicational and interpersonal skills. - **Good-practices oriented.** **Benefits**: We care about our team's wellbeing; both from a personal and professional level.
