**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board of directors, and other senior executives.
- Lead financial risk management efforts, including monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the finance team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or VP of Finance.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving financial results and business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a finance team.
- Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term goals.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Additional Requirements:

- Availability to travel occasionally, as required.
- Knowledge of (specific industry or sector OF CONTRUCTION) is a plus.
