We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Lead Data DevOps Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Specialist** with deep expertise in **Microsoft Azure, Python, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions**.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Microsoft Azure solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize high-availability infrastructure components to meet performance and scalability requirements
- Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient automation and seamless integration
- Guide the migration of workflows and pipelines to GitHub Actions, aligning automation efforts with organizational goals
- Drive the development of Python solutions for data integration, transformation, and processing from diverse and complex data sources
- Establish and ensure adherence to robust security frameworks, including secret management and compliance during DevOps processes
- Act as a primary liaison with customers, vendors, and third-party teams, ensuring collaboration aligns with best practices and organizational standards
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence in the DevOps team
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including configurations, workflows, and diagrams, for use by internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate and future-proof infrastructure by staying updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud and DevOps domains
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable impact

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and pipeline automation roles
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve competing priorities effectively
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience in managing Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Network Security Groups (NSG), and DNS zones
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and orchestration of technical workflows
- Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code, in creating scalable and repeatable cloud solutions
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, optimizing for performance and reliability
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance standards, API integration, and best practices in cloud architecture
- Familiarity with version control systems, configuration management, and relevant monitoring tools to ensure efficient operational oversight
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

**Nice to have**
- Proficiency with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Server for advanced data analytics and processing
- Familiarity with Cloud FinOps methodologies and tools to monitor and optimize cloud spending
- Experience improving team collaboration workflows and driving long-term scalability within DevOps environments
