We are looking for a **Lead Machine Learning Engineer** to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of ML-based systems that recommend user-generated content intelligently while maximizing engagement. You will lead the development of robust machine learning pipelines and oversee high-performance deployments optimized for real-time data environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and execution of scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for online and offline feature engineering
- Drive the development and tuning of advanced machine learning models, primarily using Python and TensorFlow
- Guide and standardize machine learning workflow management with MLflow across the team
- Supervise and scale data integration pipelines via ETL/ELT processes on Databricks
- Ensure the reliability, debugging, and continuous tuning of production-grade ML systems
- Establish scalable and automated solutions for feature engineering and robust model deployments
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure machine learning solutions align with enterprise-level objectives
- Strategize utilization of Databricks for seamless dataset management and intensive computational workflows
- Set and enforce industry-leading best practices for scalable, maintainable, and efficient ML systems

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience building scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade workflows
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise with Databricks, MLflow, and TensorFlow in professional environments
- Strong proficiency in Python for advanced machine learning and data engineering tasks
- Solid background in ETL/ELT platforms with experience handling large-scale integration processes
- Deep familiarity with real-time processing systems requiring low-latency optimization
- Proven skills in designing and scaling both online and offline feature engineering workflows
- Expertise in managing ML model lifecycles and pipeline optimization
- Capability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in complex and dynamic environments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

**Nice to have**
- In-depth knowledge of recommender systems with a focus on improving content discoverability and engagement
- Experience deploying machine learning systems on AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
- Extensive experience with real-time analytics and telemetry-driven data solutions
