**This position will be allocated in Arequipa, Perú.

Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.

**What you will do**:

- Review and prefilter credit structures for retail customers.
- Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.
- Developing new prospects, establishing customers, and finding opportunity to introduce an organization's products and services.

**What you will have**:
**Customer Focus and Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Knowing how to negotiate is crucial for reaching beneficial agreements. This includes understanding the client's needs.
**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
**Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
**Value Selling**:Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

**Basic Requirements**:
**Intermediate key credit analysis knowledge**
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Industrial engineering or equivalent degree desired. Experience in Financial Industry

English Intermediate

2-3 years in Sales or Customer Service

Experience with Cat Dealers

Experience in Bank Industry (medium or large companies)
