**Job Description**:
The Account Representative implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.
The role
- Talk to internal and sometimes external customers. You are key in sales support and in amplifying the availability of external sales team, promoting an interactive business environment always focused on creating a positive experience that promotes fidelity with our customers. You will understand what drives their business. You will proactively resolve issues. You will make a difference.
- You will make us all smarter. You will gather internal customer and process insights about how we can help the external sales team rethinking ways to work internally and how to support different areas.
- Collaborate and advise. You have access to one of the most crucial areas of the business generation, connected to sales external teams to support and to accelerate the time of business process, skilled networking, understanding different sales account managers profiles and industries that will collaborate with your development in the multitasking regarding sales environment.
- Influence customer purchases. That’s the best part - Through your knowledge, expertise and skills, you will be the right hand of external account managers helping the customer make the right decision in terms of recurring business or value offer proposition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in system information, automation, technology, civil, commercial, etc. engineering.
- 1+Year experience in sales environment (selling, supporting, etc.)
- Knowledge of Technology and Industrial industries.
- Office Package, Excel Advanced, SAP and CRM as User.
