**About Us**:
**Salary**: $1,000 - $1,200 USD (monthly)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.
- Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using:
- **AppFolio** (property management software)
- **3CX** (phone communication system)
- **LeadSimple** (workflow and process automation)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or property management.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**:Monday through Sunday, with two days off during the week (1hr Lunch)/9am - 6pm EST
Pay: S/.3,560.00 - S/.4,270.00 per month
