CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Desde MCR International, estamos colaborando con una importante compañía multinacional del sector de Gran Consumo con el objetivo de ayudarles a incorporar un nuevo CFO en sus oficinas de LATAM ubicadas en Perú.
- Esta posición impacta directamente en el análisis y la elaboración de la estrategia financiera de la empresa en LATAM, y reportando directamente a la dirección financiera Global ubicada en HQ.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia financiera de la compañía, colaborando con otros departamentos y equipos para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos y financieros.
- Realizar las actividades financieras de la empresa, incluyendo la gestión, planificación y elaboración de presupuestos, gestión del flujo de efectivo y la toma de decisiones financieras estratégicas.
- Gestionar y evaluar los riesgos financieros implementando políticas y procedimientos y estableciendo controles internos adecuados.
- Implantación de acciones correctivas, con el fin de realizar las mejores inversiones en términos de rentabilidad.
- Establecer el marco general y necesidades estructurales y organizativas, con el objetivo de optimizar y garantizar la eficiencia.
- Definir la estrategia, parámetros y la planificación económica de los proyectos e inversiones de la empresa.

**Perfil**:

- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o campos relacionados. Experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares, y al menos 6 años de experiência en posiciones dentro del departamento de finanzas.
- Alto nível de inglés
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, así como habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Excelente capacidad de análisis.
- Orientación a resultados, capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y capacidad para adaptarse a los cambios.
