Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Chief Technology Officer para un importante empresa del sector retail.

Este perfil liderará a 3 países de Latam a nível tecnológico.

Objetivo del cargo:
Liderar la estrategia tecnológica del grupo, alineando las soluciones tecnológicas con los objetivos de negocio. Es responsable de garantizar la eficiencia operativa, la innovación digital, la seguridad informática y la integración tecnológica en todas las tiendas, canales digitales y oficinas regionales.

Funciones del puesto:

- Coordina con todos los Gerentes del área de tecnología el plan de trabajo operativo y de mejoramiento que garantice la operación eficiente de las herramientas existentes.
- Define indicadores y sistemas de medición que permitan evaluar el nível de servicio de cada una de las áreas del departamento de tecnología.
- Planificar y ejecutar con los Gerentes de área el plan de renovación de software o hardware en donde la operación de la empresa lo requiera.
- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia de sistemas y tecnología para los países bajo su responsabilidad.
- Alinear la infraestructura tecnológica con los objetivos del negocio.
- Supervisar el mantenimiento y evolución de la infraestructura tecnológica regional.
- Garantizar políticas de ciberseguridad, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales.
- Planificar y coordinar proyectos tecnológicos clave, asegurando su ejecución dentro del presupuesto y cronograma.
- Evalúa en forma continua las nuevas tendencias tecnológicas y propone proyectos con los Gerentes de área con el fin de mantener a la empresa en la vanguardia tecnológica.
- Propone la implementación de herramientas que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y funcional de la empresa.
- Participa y lidera en la implementación de proyectos tecnológicos en todas las empresas del grupo.
- Administrar el presupuesto de TI, negociando con proveedores y optimizando recursos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de al menos 10 años en roles de liderazgo en tecnología, idealmente en empresas de** retail**o **consumo masivo, con experiência regional.**
- Disponibilidad para trabajar híbrido de Lunes a Jueves en oficina.
- Inglés Avanzado
- Postgrado o MBA en Tecnología o similares
