**The Opportunity**:
The
**Sr. Information Security Engineer** will be a key member in the Software Development Life Cycle of our Electronic Health Records platforms. This specialist will oversee static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) testing. Furthermore, will also manage and monitor other security tools like our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Security Software, WAF, and other vulnerability scanning tools.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Monitors system logs and alerts and provide first level internal response in determining the severity of alerts and escalating them to management (in conjunction with third party Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Works as part of an Incident Response Team to respond to, assess, and remediate security incidents as needed.
- Instrumental in involvement in complex IT security projects in designing or maintaining a vulnerability management program.

**Skills we need**:

- Technical/bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related careers.
- At least an upper intermediate English level.
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), or in the process of becoming one.
- Solid Software Development Life Cycle experience, managing SAST and DAST tools (like Veracode) to scan the code.
- Strong knowledge and management experience of secure coding: develop, maintain, replace, and alter or enhance software.
- Experience with Internal/External vulnerability scanning, Open-Source Security (OSS) management, penetration testing, IT auditing, SIEM, firewalls (e.g.) FortiGate, VPN, IDS/IPS, AV, etc.
- Experience in Security Incident Response Handling and Incident Forensic Analysis.
- Knowledge and management of Password Management Platforms, Encryption Platforms, Secure Monitoring/Reporting and SSO/Multi-Factor platforms.
- Experience in securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
- Experience with implementing and maintaining Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Ideal knowledge of web technologies like OpenStack, OpenShift or another cloud computing platforms and microservices.
