**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The role of Infrastructure Solutions Architect is responsible for the design and development of technical solutions within Kyndryl's service area. It is a position with exposure to clients as they spend between 20 and 40% of their time interacting directly with customers.
The Solution Architect is responsible for the integral design of a solution and the development of its respective cost plan in a technological specialty. It has the leadership and initiative necessary to offer high quality, new and / or complex solutions to clients in response to their business requirements. He has a deep knowledge of advanced products and technologies that are aligned to the needs of an industry and our clients. In addition, it uses a combination of Kyndryl and third-party products and services to develop custom solutions along with associated cost cases. Its objective is to offer a coherent proposal of high quality services and / or solutions that meet the technical and business requirements of the client and the obligations of Kyndryl. You are the lead player on the solutions team collaborating on innovative ideas using proven approaches to deliver a winning solution.
Main responsibilities:
- Help the client, together with the commercial team, to identify their needs and transformation roadmap in Hybrid Multicloud environments
- Define technological solution architectures considering the heterogeneous ecosystem of the client
- Actively contribute to the creation and modification of Hybrid Multicloud reference architectures
- Contribute in each commercial offer in the identification of the added value to the business
- Document the solution architectures delivered and ensure their sustainability over time
- Support the solutions designed in different Kyndryl and client scenarios, both at an operational and executive level
- Stay updated on new technologies, Kyndryl processes and market trends
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in defining technological architectures in Hybrid Multicloud environments (IBM Cloud, GCP, Azure, AWS, VMWare, among others)
- Experience in transformation projects to the cloud (domain of the onPremise infrastructure language)
- Experience in microservices architecture, DevOps, containerization, automation, among others
- Experience in building cost cases, IT budget planning
- Fluent in English
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- IBM Certified Solution Architect - Cloud
- Open Group Certified Architect
