American firm, we have presence in 4 states (Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Texas). Accounting, Taxation, Business Consulting and Finances.
**Misión del cargo**:
Preparing financial statements & analysis, doing tax planning, managing accounting books and other related functions.
**Funciones del cargo**:
Ensure financial statements are accurate and ready for external audit
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
Prepare financial statements in a timely manner
Conduct internal reviews of accounting records
Review monthly reconciliations and balance sheet figures
Monitor cash flow
Processing tax returns
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
**Requisitos**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Medium level of Microsoft Office package
Advanced English level
2+ years of experience in Accountant working under direct supervision
