Serving as the key partner for the Business Unit Manager of the Motion Service division, you will be a vital member of its finance team in Lima, Peru. You will help to set business strategy in line with wider division and product group strategies. In this role you will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.

**This position reports to**:
Finance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the definition of the business strategy from the financial point of view.
- Prepare the annual business budget and supervise its evolution and compliance. Prepare the projections that allow visualizing the deviations according to the established budget.
- Provide qualitative-quantitative analyzes that support Management's decision-making.
- Conduct online risk reviews of global policies.
- Establish the procedure and tools necessary to obtain reliable and transparent financial information.
- Ensure transparency in financial reports.
- Ensure integrity within the business.

**Your background**:

- 10 years of experience in industrial sector (5 years in senior positions)
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics (Desirable postgraduate degree in Finance or master's degree)
- Knowledge of projects, business management, accounting closing
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including US GAAP, SOX, SAP (user level, desirable) and Hyperion (desirable)
- Management of work teams (management skills desirable)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-High English Level
