Currently, we are seeking a Senior IT Systems & Technology Support Specialist with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position title: Senior IT Systems & Technology Support Specialist

What you will be doing:
Hardware Acquisition and Configuration: Assistance in the acquisition of hardware and peripherals, configuration and guarantee of functionality for users.- Windows Operating Systems Support: Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of Windows operating systems, including group policy configuration and network services management.- IT and Systems Administration: Includes:
- Active Directory: Creation and management of user credentials, maintenance of Excel/Query that interacts with ERP.-
- Duo - 2FA: Two-factor authentication management.- TPCX-EDI and Epicor/P21: Familiarity with SQL-based ERP software, with ability to quickly learn administrative function.- Adobe Pro, Enlighten: Management of documentation platforms.- AVIA Voice over IP: Telephone system management and troubleshooting.- Global Protect VPN: Management and support of the virtual private network.- SQL for ERP P21: Development and execution of predefined SQL queries for ERP P21, with skills to investigate and troubleshoot queries.

Requirements & Qualifications- An Associates degree is preferred in Information Technology, or a related field, but a combination of education, skills, and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.- 2-5 years of IT experience, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, working with SQL database/ERP, hardware and software troubleshooting, system administration tasks such as managing Active Directory, configuring and maintaining servers, and supporting various IT systems- Experience working in Prophet 21 software is a heavy plus.- The IT Specialist is expected to complete training and maintain competence in all relevant Company systems, processes and platforms
