RESPONSABILITIES
- Establish, review and improve the conduct assurance policy.
- Establish an Annual Conduct Assurance Plan (ACAP) including audits and external audits, internal reviews, peer reviews, and benchmarks based on risk analysis and the company strategic plan. Organize and follow up on the correct execution of the ACAP.
- Facilitate the functioning of the monthly conduct assurance leadership committee (sets up meetings, agenda, notes, follows up on actions, facilitates interaction, brings key points to the table)
- Assures the correct functioning and monitoring of internal controls including KPI and PI and continuous improvement.
- Assures having in place the correct leading and lagging indicators to assess the successful implementation of corporate strategy.
- Facilitate risk-based decisions.
- Dear to bring risks and potential threats to the table and facilitate discussion of possible solutions.
- Execute (hands-on and as final responsible) at least 2 technical audits per year of core processes to ensure business knowledge and a close connection with operations and maintenance.
- Drive towards a culture in which transparency and risk-based decisions are part of DNA.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- More than 10 years of experience in technical processes in the oil and gas and/or mining sectors such as operations, inspection, quality, and process engineering.
- Experience in technical audits in the oil and gas sector.
- Training qualification as an auditor by an established body
- Knowledge in Design Thinking and Agility (optional)
- Knowledge in LEAN SIX SIGMA (optional)
