**Estamos buscando un(a) B2B Enteprise Insight Sales Executive**
**Ubicación: El Salvador**
**Propósito Principal**:Renovar los servicios de los clientes existentes, incluyendo telefonía móvil, internet, enlaces de datos y otros productos digitales. Gestionar una cartera asignada con el fin de cumplir con una meta mensual de renovaciones, buscando generar oportunidades de upsell, al mismo tiempo que se minimiza el downsell y se reduce la tasa de churn.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Renovación de servicios de clientes en cartera.
- Cumplir la meta mensual de renovación y baja de servicios cumpliendo con las políticas correspondiente.
- Mantenimiento de clientes en carter.
- Control sobre las bajas de servicios.
- Uso de las herramientas necesarias para logro de metas (Renovador Móvil, PB, calculadora, Sales Force, etc).
**Requisitos**:
- Graduado/a en **Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carreras afines.**
- Experiência en ventas, **preferiblemente en la renovación de servicios, telecomunicaciones o productos digitales.**
- Manejo intermedio de **Microsoft 365.**
- ️ **Habilidades de comunicación.**
- **Habilidad de negociación y resolución de conflictos.**
