At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we’ll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.- **Your Role and Responsibilities** - Responsible for the execution of controls related to security management processes such as: IT Security Hardening, Patch verification, System life cycle control, Firewall rules control. '-Interact and manage vulnerabilities with the technical towers for the implementations and corrections as a result of the assurance and compliance processes. '-Manage and document risk assessments and support for identified risk mitigation plans '-Coordinate and maintain/update reporting of operational metrics or KPIs '-Make sure to manage the implementation of best practices improvements and transfer it in optimization and procedures. '-Provide Audit support for internal and external reviews e.g. pre-audit preparation activities, support data collection, respond to data / meeting requests. '-Respond to security related audit and review findings including developing and tracking action plans. - Supporting internal compliance initiatives." **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - 2+ years of experience in IT Security, Risk and/or Compliance or equivalent - Security +, ISO 27001 Certified or other security certification(s). - Understanding Hands-on working knowledge of operating platforms, sub system, network and OS400. - Knowledge of security tools SIEM, AntiVirus, EDR, Nessus, - Ability to work in a team and independently to fix issues with little or no supervision - Excellent organizational, project management and follow-up skills - Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization - Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Intermediate English (preferred) **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** - NA **Required Education** - Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Education** - Bachelor's Degree **Country/Region** - Peru **State / Province** - LIMA **City / Township / Village** - Lima - Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
