IT Risk Manager

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain IT risk management policies and procedures.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Incident Response: Manage and respond to IT security incidents and breaches.
- Reporting: Prepare and present risk assessment reports to stakeholders.
- Training: Conduct training sessions on IT risk management practices for staff.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.

**Who You Are**

**Technical Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and risk control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with IT compliance regulations and standards such as GDPR and SOX.
- Ability to analyze and present risk data in an understandable manner to senior management.
- Experience in incident management and response to security events.

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in IT process management or similar roles of no less than 4 years.Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Scrum, or other project management methodologies are valued.
