Il nostro cliente è un’azienda leader a livello mondiale nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e dell'elettrificazione rurale sostenibile.

Per loro siamo alla ricerca di un **COUNTRY MANAGER** che avrà la responsabilità di dirigere la Country Latin America, a partire dal Perù, dove risiederà.

Principali **compiti** e **responsabilità**:

- Dirigere la Country nel suo complesso e rappresentare l’azienda verso i terzi
- Gestire le risorse umane nel rispetto della policy aziendale di gestione del personale delle partecipate estere e proporre strategie di sviluppo del business
- Svolgere attività di relazioni istituzionali e lobby finalizzate al miglioramento delle performance aziendali
- Occuparsi del budget annuale e gestire i contatti con la sede Corporate svolgendo attività costante di reporting per fornire supporto alle decisioni
- Supervisionare sicurezza, igiene sul lavoro, salute dei lavoratori e tutela dell’ambiente
- Ottimizzare tutte le attività operative e progettuali delle società della Country per renderle più efficaci e funzionali al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali

**Requisiti**:

- Consolidata esperienza (almeno 10 anni) nel settore delle energie rinnovabili (fotovoltaico, eolico, idroelettrico, elettrificazione rurale)
- Ottima conoscenza di** INGLESE** e **SPAGNOLO**:

- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, doti di leadership, mentalità votata alla crescita
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a viaggiare

**Nice to have**:

- Esperienza di lavoro maturata in incarichi direttivi analoghi in Paesi esteri
- Laurea magistrale di tipo tecnico (p.e. economia aziendale o ingegneria gestionale)
- Certificazione in Project Management
- Competenze informatiche: Pacchetto Office e di workflow management software.
