**Misión del cargo**:

**Funciones del cargo**:Funciones**:

- Gestionar la transformación de los procesos de negocio en ventajas competitivas, con enfoque de innovación, digital y mejora continua.
- Identificar, diseñar y optimizar los procesos estratégicos de la empresa buscando la simplicidad e innovación con la finalidad de brindar soluciones a los clientes internos y externos asegurando la experiência.
- Analizar e integrar sobre las nuevas tendencias y evoluciones dentro del mundo digital para garantizar el incremento de las capacidades de innovación digital de la empresa.
- Definir la asignación de owner de los procesos
- Diseñar y ejecutar proyectos de research con la finalidad de hallar insights que sean el insumo para el diseño y rediseño de procesos y volverlos 100% digitales.
- Realizar el levantamiento del proceso ASIS y benchmark de procesos.
- Proponer el proceso TOBE en base a los insights y al customer journey del cliente.
- Testear las propuestas de solución y obtener lecciones aprendidas para mejorarla.

**Requisitos**:
Formación universitaria completa de Ing. Industrial, Ing. de Sistemas, Administración.
Mínimo 3 años de experiência en el sector de Telecomunicaciones, Servicios, Banca
Experiência en posiciones de Especialista Procesos, Mejora Continua y Transformación Digital
Dominar herramientas y metodologías de diseño como Customer Journey Mapping, Design thinking,
Conocimiento en Lean & Six Sigma, Kaizen, Mejora continua, herramientas estadísticas, digitalización
