Clear Focus Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our team. As a remote Paralegal, you will primarily focus on transactional work. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong background in legal support to contribute to a dynamic and growing law firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis related to business or real estate transactions.
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Review and summarize legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of client files and documents.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience working as a Paralegal, preferably in a transactional practice area.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.
