**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow social media channels by creating high-quality marketing content, scheduling posts, and publishing across various platforms.
- Develop and distribute newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Edit visual content, including banners, photos, videos, and reels, to enhance brand presence.
- Engage with the online and local community to build a strong digital presence.
- Collaborate with the team members to gather and organize media assets (photos, videos, etc.).
- Research and suggest creative content ideas, social media trends, and platform best practices.
- Maintain a creative, detail-oriented approach to all digital content and brand communication.

**Skills**:

- Experienced in developing and editing engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Keeps up-to-date with trends across different social media platforms to ensure relevant and effective content.
- Solid understanding of SEO and experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset for strategy optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1hr lunch)

Pay: S/.3,650.00 - S/.4,745.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- digital marketing: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- advanced/C2 English (required)
