We are dedicated to helping clients navigate their real estate financing needs with integrity, clarity, and personalized service. We offer a variety of mortgage solutions, including first-time homebuyer loans, investment property financing, and specialized loan options for unique situations. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent process, empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Run and improve social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Reply to messages and comments on our social media pages.
- Create and share posts, blogs, and content to promote our brand.
- Keep our website and CRM system updated and working well.
- Help with light admin tasks

**Skills**:

- Good eye for design and creating eye-catching social media content.
- Experience running social media accounts and ad campaigns.
- Experience running social media accounts and ad campaigns.
- Familiar with WordPress (making edits, posting content, optimizing pages).
- Very detail-oriented and organized.
- Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and admin work.
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus.
- Must speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.

**Technology**:

- Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
- Website: WordPress

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:M-F 9-6 PM EST / 1 hour lunch break

Pay: S/.3,610.00 - S/.4,700.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
