**Propósito de la Posición**:
Gestionar de forma integral el proceso End to End Order to Cash de las cuentas asignadas, asegurando un nível de servicio óptimo, operando con eficiencia para reducir desperdicios y simplificando la complejidad a lo largo de la cadena de valor

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Proporcionar visibilidad 360 sobre el estado de los pedidos a los clientes y equipos internos.
- Gestionar problemas de asignación de stock que requieran contacto con el cliente y con áreas internas para lograr un nível de servicio adecuado
- Analizar las razones de los rechazos y contactar a los clientes para proponer acciones de mitigación y reducir sobrecostos logísticos
- Optimizar los pedidos donde se requiere eficiencia logística, velando por un VCU cercano al 100% y un on time delivery satisfactorio
- Participar en las reuniones de revisión operativa y contribuir a la mejora continua con un enfoque de transformación digital

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Educación universitaria: Egresado en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería, carreras relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años o más de experiência en por lo menos dos de las siguientes áreas: Customer Service/ o Call Centre, Customer Facing Supply Chain, Distribution/ Materials Handling, Sales and/ or Marketing
- Experiência en servicio al cliente
- Conocimiento de excel avanzando (no negociable)
- Power BI (Avanzado)
- Conocimiento de SAP (Intermedio)
- Conocimiento MS Office a nível avanzado
- Inglés: Intermedio.
