Halo Media is a rapidly growing company in the heart of NYC, with field offices in Lithuania and Latin America. Our team is highly skilled and passionate about building new digital experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team.

**About the role**

As a **Product Manager,** you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of digital products for our clients.

**What you'll do**
- You will lead the development and launch of digital products for clients as a product manager.
- You will manage the product roadmap by working with clients and the development team to understand user needs and identify project objectives.
- You will ensure on-time delivery by managing project timelines and providing necessary resources for success.
- You will monitor project budgets closely to ensure profitability and report on them regularly.
- You will identify stakeholder expectations and generate a positive relationship with them through proactive communication.
- You will measure team motivation and mood, help team members reach their optimal potential, and manage the team.
- You will always be aware of the project status and understand the scope of the project through status reporting.
- +5 years of experience in similar roles like Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, etc.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies/Scrum and its ceremonies
- Conversational/Advanced English
- Practical knowledge of Jira and the creation of User Stories
- Experience in the Software companies
- Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships
