¿Eres fan del análisis de datos, los dashboards impactantes y la toma de decisiones basada en insights? Esta es tu oportunidad para liderar con datos y dejar huella en nuestro ecosistema analítico.

**Objetivo del Puesto**

Conectar necesidades del negocio con soluciones analíticas, mediante el diseño y mantenimiento de modelos de datos, dashboards e informes. Garantizar eficiencia, trazabilidad y buenas prácticas en el ecosistema de Business Intelligence.

️ **Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes avanzados para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y tácticas.
- Aplicar principios de modelado de datos (esquema estrella, copo de nieve) para asegurar que las estructuras de información respalden eficazmente el análisis empresarial y la generación de insights.
- Documentar KPIs, fuentes y lógicas de cálculo.
- Implementar gobierno de datos en reportes y procesos.
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones analíticas escalables.
- Integrar nuevas fuentes de datos (APIs, JSON, CSV).Guiar a Analistas Junior en metodologías y estándares.

**Requisitos**
- Graduado en Ing. Sistemas, Lic. Computación, Ing. Comercial o afines
- 3-5 años de experiência en roles similares
- Dominio avanzado de Power BI (DAX, Power Query, diseño visual y modelado de datos).
- Conocimientos avanzados en SQL para la construcción de modelos relacionales y consultas complejas.
- Excel avanzado (formulación compleja, manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos, macros deseables).
- Experiência en modelado de datos relacional y diseño de estructuras analíticas escalables.
- Aplicación de buenas prácticas de gobierno de datos (versionado, trazabilidad, control de definiciones).
- Conexión a bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Conocimientos en manejo de fuentes de datos no estructurados (APIs, JSON, CSV).Conocimientos básicos de Python para automatización de procesos o validaciones de datos.
