Por encargo de importante empresa de insumos de pastelería fina nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Customer Services

Funciones:

- Liderar al equipo de customer service, logrando una excelente ejecución del servicio desde la toma de los pedidos de venta hasta la entrega del producto.
- Generar espacios de innovación, para mejora de procesos, generando eficiencias, ahorros en tiempo para ejecutar de manera mas ágil los servicios y reducir la carga operativa del área.
- Realizar seguimiento a los Kpis del área, gestionándolos con el equipo.
- Esta posición también estará involucrada en la operación, y tendrá asignada una cartera de clientes a gestionar.
- Coordinación con diferentes áreas de la compañía desde el equipo comercial, hasta el equipo de transportes, para generar eficiencias en los proceso.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional o estudiante de las carreras de administración, ingeniería industrial, marketing o afines.
- Experiência indispensable: Mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares.
- Haber manejado personal a su cargo

Conocimientos:

- Microsoft Office a nível intermedio
- Inglés intermedio.
- Deseable: Conocimiento SAP

Disponibilidad para trabajar en el distrito de Miraflores

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: S/.4,000.00 - S/.4,500.00 al mes
