At **VCM**, we are a leading provider of professional services outsourcing for the **construction sector** in the United States and Canada. Our services include talent recruitment, training, and operations support for our clients across North America. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for **bilingual professionals** (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others to join our **Virtual Sales Representative Team**.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**: Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring complete follow-up and client satisfaction.
- **Order & Case Management**: Handle orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and case tracking in coordination with internal teams.
- **CRM Use**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using **CRM tools** such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities, supporting the sales team with lead insights and client feedback.
- **Product Expertise**: Gain in-depth knowledge of our roofing and construction-related products to offer accurate information and solutions.
- **KPI Tracking**: Achieve performance goals including response time, customer satisfaction, resolution efficiency, and service quality.
- **Teamwork**: Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English** (MANDATORY): Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential.
- Previous **customer service** and/or **sales support** experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with **CRM platforms** (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and virtual communication tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Immediate availability.
**Job Details**:
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Work Location**: On-site - Surco (CC. El Trigal)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday (Full availability required)
- **Salary**: S/. 1,800 - 2,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
- **Contract Type**: Payroll under PYME regulations
