VCM is a Professional Services Outsourcing company supporting businesses in the General Construction, Roofing, and Tech Industries, operating across the U.S. and Canada.
We specialise in recruiting, training, and developing professional talent, advising our clients on best practices, and managing personnel in compliance with Peruvian labour laws.
This is a full-time on-site role of a Virtual Sales Representative,
Located in Santiago de Surco.

Virtual Sales Representative
Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS B2B
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification:
Promptly respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and commercial partnerships. - Initial Contact:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage and qualify prospects. - Discovery Calls:
Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs and pain points. - Pipeline Foundation:
Accurately log, track, and update all activity and lead status within the internal CRM (Buildors system). - Booking Demos:
Successfully book qualified product demonstrations for the Account Executives (AEs) team. - Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (e.g., calls made, demos booked, qualification rate). - Feedback Loop:
Gather initial user feedback and communicate common pain points to the Sales Manager. - Product Knowledge:
Rapidly learn the core functionality and value proposition of the Buildors platform. - Professional Representation:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication as the initial face of Buildors.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Optional:
Certifications or courses in sales or commercial management.
Professional Experience
- 1 + year of experience in a commercial or client-facing role
(preferred in Tech, SaaS, or high-volume sales).
- Experience making outbound calls and conducting high-volume prospecting.
- Familiarity with sales processes and qualifying potential clients.
- Experience or strong desire to work with a CRM system for tracking activities.
Technical Skills
- Fluent English
(oral and written) is mandatory. - Basic understanding of CRM tools (any platform).
- Comfort and ability to conduct virtual calls and initial presentations.
- Proficient use of video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Stable internet connection and professional setup for calls.

- Previous experience in an SDR or BDR role.
- Experience closing smaller, short-cycle sales (e.g., monthly subscriptions).
- Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, SPIN).
- Knowledge of sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
