Sr. Specialist Transp. Control

PURPOSE:

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the Transportation Data landscape. Mange the omnichannel network and distribution, and be the main POC for all internal and external partners in terms of spend analysis.
- Develop, manage, and update regional transportation decks and scorecards. Work with the technical teams to enhance the transportation reporting capabilities.
- Own the financial performance of the area, from transportation budget execution and control to full visibility for Net Sales monthly recognition share.
- Accountable for the Transport Billing Process for and throughout adidas carrier’s network, that provides distribution services according to channel's demands adding features and specifics to clients needs.
- Analyze and pinpoint top improvement within Supply Chain department, supported by system issue resolutions, process analysis, and automations.
- Carry out ad hoc analysis to drive agile decision making and help support ongoing and designed projects, by building and justifying strong business cases.
- Build automized reports (Excel, Data warehouse, or web based) for team use. Drive and own data reliability and richness on company-wide using data tools.
- Own transportation KPIs reporting (POD, lead times, cost and choices)
- Be customer centric in everything we do, recommending and developing new key metrics to help enhance the customer delivery experience.
- Initiate and drive strong discussions with cross-functional internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, to outstand transportation service level performance: qualitative input, issues, feedback, collect insights, plan, align and deliver solutions
- Deliver timely analysis of the aligned tactical / strategic initiatives
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- University degree in business administration or similar careers.
- At least 3 years experience in transportation
- English: Intermediate level
- Strong MS-Office (MS-Excel) user-knowledge. Power BI
