The opportunity

Project: Peru Reconstruction Government to Government programme consisting of 70+ schools, 15 hospitals and 20+ river basin, gully and drainage projects nationwide.

This is an opportunity to work on a government to government programme that is providing PMO, programme and assurance to the Peruvian Government across over 100 construction projects nationwide. A major aspect of our scope is to provide the knowledge transfer and upskilling for the Peruvian ministries, leaving behind a best practice legacy long after our commission ends.

Working as part of the UK Delivery Team (UKDT) for the reconstruction with changes programme supporting to manage change across the Joint Venture for the PMO Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Assessing the change impact - conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Completing change management assessments.
- Identifying, analysing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
- Consulting and coaching workstreams and ARCC teams.
- Managing the change portfolio.

About you

You have a relevant degree qualification. Membership of or working towards, RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent relevant professional institution in country is an advantage. You have proven experience in project controls and commercial management on major programmes/projects. Experience across change management, earned value management, reporting, resource management and governance, enabling stakeholders to fully understand and participate in the process of capturing, reviewing and assessing proposed changes

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have experience working in project management or construction background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
