**Misión del cargo**:
Contribuir en el diseño e implementación de la estrategia de despliegue del proyecto para el segmento B2C con foco en atencion postventa
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los diferentes viajes del cliente
- Diseño y seguimiento de roapmap de acciones indentificadas (postventa)
- Coordinacion y relacionamiento con las areas soporte del producto
- Fortalecimiento de los canales autoasistidos
- Seguimiento de acciones comerciales y postventa de la competencia
**Requisitos**:
2 a 3 años de Experiência liderando mesas de trabajo
egresado universitario de Administración o Ingenieria Industrial
Conocimiento en Go To Market y Manejo de Proyectos
